About The Position

As an Industrial Cleaner, you are the backbone of our automotive assembly plant's safety. In this role, you will serve as a Sanitation Specialist by: Cleaning paint booth stations and removing paint overspray from windows and ceilings. Acting as a Facility Maintenance Technician by operating pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers to keep the plant floor safe. Assisting with heavy-duty projects like lifting metal floor grates and changing ceiling filters. Working comfortably at heights and in confined spaces to ensure every inch of the facility is top-notch. Requirements

High Work Ethic: You take pride in a job well done and have great attention to detail.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/dirty industrial conditions (we provide the gear!).
Reliability: Excellent attendance is a must—our team depends on you!
Safety First: Willingness to complete training for Ladder Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
