We are hiring experienced warehouse cleaners to work with us in a top-tier distribution center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment. Composite Toe work shoes are required prior to starting. Work is performed indoors with occasional outdoor duties. Requires extended walking , standing , bending , and lifting . This is a direct-hire opportunity with Sizemore, Inc. , working onsite inside a major, well-known distribution/fulfillment center. Must follow all site safety policies and procedures. Pays: $ 15.50 per hour (Weekly Pay - Every Friday) Enjoy a four-day or night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Shift Schedule : Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM Sizemore, Inc. Offers: Direct hire positions with Sizemore Inc offers growth! Housekeeper - Industrial Cleaner : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, momma pods, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. Candidates and associates should be aware that general warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior cleaning/janitorial experience required for the Housekeeper portion of the role
- Prior experience using a manual or electric pallet jack required for the Corrugate/Trash Technician portion
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to switch tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning breakrooms , including refrigerators and microwaves
- Cleaning offices, training rooms, security areas, closets
- Cleaning prayer rooms, mother’s/momma pods
- Maintaining water coolers
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
- Restocking restroom and breakroom supplies
- General cleaning stations and tote cleaning
- Trash removal as assigned
- Other housekeeping or warehouse-related duties based on business needs
