About The Position

Industrial Automation Architect In this role, you will: Site IT Support : Handle on‑site ticket triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for end‑user and infrastructure issues. System Administration : Manage Windows endpoints/servers, Active Directory (users/groups/OUs), M365 services, printers, and shared resources. Network Tasks : Perform basic network activities (VLAN moves, port activation, cabling) and coordinate firewall/segmentation changes with central IT. OT Liaison : Collaborate with the SI resource for design alignment and remote L2/L3 support across automation/MES/Historians. Compliance : Execute changes under SOPs and maintain validated state per GxP, CSV/CSA standards. Separation Activities : Support Day‑1 readiness, TSA operations, and TSA exit (application carve‑outs, OU/domain changes, data migration coordination). Documentation : Maintain asset inventory, patch/update logs, backup checks, and knowledge base articles. Requirements

  • 4-7 years of IT administration experience (desktop, server, AD, basic networking).
  • Exposure to OT systems (SCADA, PLC, MES, Historians).
  • Experience in separation/divestiture programs (TSA, domain restructuring).
  • Strong documentation discipline and experience in regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA).
  • Ability to collaborate with remote engineering teams for design and escalation.
