Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in picking/packing, cycle counting, or similar fast-paced operations.
  • Comfort with core IT tasks including SSO; experience with JD Edwards and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Read and follow work instructions; prioritize multiple tasks; manage time effectively; communicate clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with assistance.
  • Use of common hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
  • Customer service, troubleshooting
  • Shipping/receiving, distribution experience
  • Equipment/parts counter sales, inside sales
  • Scheduling; budgeting/forecasting; sourcing and procurement
  • Excellent communication; blueprint reading
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Pick, stage, and pack aftermarket spare parts to specification.
  • Build and transact kitting work orders accurately and on time.
  • Ship domestic and export orders using JD Edwards (ERP) and applicable documentation.
  • Track turnbacks, support root-cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Consistently meet production targets and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with import/export and customer service for shipment details and special instructions.
  • Monitor inventory health and trigger cycle counts when discrepancies arise.
  • Stay informed on product features and share knowledge with the team.
  • Capture improvements, complete productivity logs, and document any issues or deviations.
