Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
• Prepare and maintain fields according to scheduled events for the day.
• Utilize payment and online booking portals efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist customers in setting up their account in our online booking and payment platform.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including dining areas, food preparation zones, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Ensure cleanliness of publicly used areas.
