About The Position

The Store Associate at Smarty Sprouts Kids' Club is responsible for providing excellent customer service in an indoor playground environment for children aged 10 and under. This part-time role involves processing transactions, assisting with birthday parties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of experience in the kids' industry preferred.
• Proven customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a love for kids.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Processing tickets and merchandise at the register and greeting guests upon check-in.
• Assisting first-time guests with the waiver process and promoting the membership program.
• Helping parents with their kids' birthday parties and special events, including setup, serving food/drinks, and cleanup.
• Performing cashier duties and restocking snacks/drinks as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the entrance, restrooms, and play space, ensuring safety and adherence to rules.
• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
