About The Position
The Program Specialist is responsible for planning, leading, and supervising specialized camp activities. This role is critical in delivering fun, safe, and skill-building experiences for campers of all ages while fostering teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. The Program Specialist works collaboratively with counselors and leadership to ensure all activities align with the camp's mission and values, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must love working with children!
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where campers feel welcome and supported.
- Model and promote Jewish values such as respect, kindness, and community.
