About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on team member to join our growing business as an Indoor Air Quality & Mold Remediation Technician. This role begins with field support across inspections and remediation projects and is designed to grow into independently performing inspections, collecting air samples, preparing estimates, and helping close customer projects over time.

Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using mobile devices and software
• Professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in restoration, construction, HVAC, mitigation, environmental services, or home services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indoor air quality inspections, air sampling, surface swabs, and moisture readings
• Document findings with photos, notes, and digital reporting tools
• Perform mold remediation, demolition, HEPA vacuuming, cleaning, and antimicrobial application
• Set up containment barriers, property protection, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and remediation equipment
• Assist with crawl space work, duct cleaning, HVAC sanitation, odor control, and installation of dehumidifiers or air purification systems
• Load/unload equipment and maintain clean job sites, vehicles, and tools
• Follow daily job scopes, schedules, and company protocols
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work being performed
• Use CRM/software tools to complete job documentation
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements including respirators, gloves, and protective suits
