About The Position

Indo-Pacific Air Power Market Lead The Opportunity: Drive performance across the Indo-Pacific, managing the contract portfolio, and propelling focused growth campaigns across the lines of business. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in modern digital technology and analytics, primarily bringing new capabilities, applications, and services to the market and developing new business. Design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program or project directions and develop and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Integrate mission, analytical, and technical capabilities and apply innovation to design and manage the execution of program or project plans and controls to achieve end-state vision, goals, and objectives. Maintain accountability for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Communicate and coordinate regularly and proactively with senior government clients and company leadership on potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a Technology or Advising Company
Experience leading complex, $100M+ projects or portfolios to deliver on time and on budget with a focus on digital transformation
Experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans to achieve a specific outcome or vision
Experience organizing, leading, and mentoring highly productive teams that can align technical solutions with business needs to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges
Experience developing a pipeline of business opportunities and driving capture
Experience authoring client white papers, leading complex captures, and competitive proposals
Ability to recruit and develop a pipeline of talent to meet business needs
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Process PMI PMP Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Indo-Pacific region supporting DoW organizations and military mission sets
Experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoW
Experience in commercial IT hardware and software analysis, evaluation, and solution recommendation for mission requirements
Ability to demonstrate strong client relationships across U.S. Indo-Pacific AOR
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
