About The Position
Our Mission: Is to provide home care service with love; to enhance the quality of living through our attentive yet subtle style of care; to maintain their dignity and their independence while serving their needs with honor and integrity. After all, it is their home! The ISCH staff will provide Individual Support to Massachusetts Waiver Contracted Individuals – regular or intermittent services designed to develop, maintain, and/or maximize the participant’s independent functioning in self-care, physical and emotional growth, socialization, communication, and vocational skills, to achieve objectives of improved health and welfare and to the support the ability of the participant to establish and maintain a residence and live in the community.
