Bay Cove Human Services’ mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Job Summary: Your position as a Support Navigator supports this mission as you provide the community based support and training to adults with severe physical disabilities in combination with a secondary disability to maintain and/or develop independent living (MRC) or individuals and/or families with intellectual or developmental disabilities maintain in their communities. This is a non-exempt position.
