First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Individual Resiliency Therapist Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapeutic interventions to youth and young adults experiencing psychiatric symptoms using evidence-based approaches in line with the FEP-NAVIGATE Model. Provide culturally-relevant, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and measurement-based care for young people experiencing their first psychotic episode. You should be knowledgeable in treating psychosis, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, substance use, and other high-risk behaviors/symptoms as part of a multidisciplinary specialty treatment team. Provide individualized psycho-education and resiliency training and work collaboratively with entire FEP treatment team. Facilitate family and group therapy as needed. Salary range is $58,000.00 - $72,060.00 depending on experience, licensure status, and assigned duties. One year experience working with individuals with severe mental illness preferred.
