About The Position

As a member of the Individual Life Insurance (ILI) senior leadership team, the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer will be responsible for leading a team that will develop and execute the ILI marketing and internal and external communications strategies that drive growth and accelerate achievement of ILI’s business objectives. These complementary capabilities deployed cohesively will drive growth of the ILI business, connect employees to the business strategy and engage stakeholders in conversation about how ILI directly drives Prudential’s purpose, mission, vision and value-creation strategy for existing customers and prospective consumers across the country. As a member of the ILI Empowered Team, this leader will directly report to the President of ILI and maintain a reporting line to the USB heads of Marketing and Communications. The current EWA for this position is hybrid with 3 days per week in a CT or NJ Prudential location.
