About The Position

Manifest Law is a tech-enabled immigration firm with over 3,000 successful cases, seeking an experienced individual immigration attorney. This role is designed for attorneys, including those currently running their own firms, who wish to scale their practice faster and further without the operational burdens typically associated with firm management, such as overhead, hiring, marketing, technology, and business development. Manifest Law provides a platform that includes a base salary, an inbound client pipeline generated through its marketing and business development engine, and purpose-built technology to streamline legal operations. This technology facilitates automated workflows between attorneys, paralegals, and clients, offers smart draft review for quality tracking, and provides a unified context hub for all case-related communications and activities. Additionally, the firm offers paralegal and operational support, allowing attorneys to focus primarily on legal work rather than project management.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• 7+ years of immigration experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio
• Experience managing or mentoring legal teams
• Comfort with client-facing visibility (thought leadership, social presence, media)
• A professional network that generates referrals
• Genuine entrepreneurial ambition to build, not just practice

• Be the public face of your practice, featured in Manifest's content, on social media, in client-facing materials, and in the press
• Lead and develop a legal team
• Run case reviews
• Maintain high legal quality standards
• Build the next generation of Manifest lawyers
