About The Position
Under the direction of the Director of Development, Major Gifts, the Individual Giving Officer identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards donors giving or capable of giving $1,000-$9,999 annually. The Individual Giving Officer will prioritize some 200 donors in an active portfolio, and implement best-practice fundraising tactics, to build authentic relationships, deepen donor interest and involvement, and secure gifts to meet or exceed the position’s annual goal. As a member of a wider team, the Individual Giving Officer will also work collaboratively with other team members to reach or exceed the organization’s overall philanthropic funding goal.
