About The Position
The Indirect Procurement team is on a transformational journey with the aim to capture a large and unreleased potential by increasing the maturity and proactivity of the North American indirect procurement function. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials, services and products at competitive prices. This role involves collaborating with various departments, owning the RFP process from start to finish, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing the supply chain to support our manufacturing operations.
