The Indirect Specialist & Dealer Relations role is responsible for assisting members and dealers by telephone or email with friendly, helpful service that promotes financial discipline. This position underwrites indirect loan requests accurately and efficiently, and processes a variety of routine lending inquiries, loan applications, and loan closings. The role also serves as a dealer relations representative providing a superior level of dealer and member relations while promoting the deposit and loan business of the Indirect Lending department. In addition, this position will manage and deepen relationships with existing indirect dealers and vendors while gaining new partners through proven sales and service methods.
