At Q8, you help shape the future of commercial road transport by building strong partnerships across Europe. As Indirect Sales Manager, you grow the Q8TRUCK partners network such as agents, resellers, and value-added service providers. Your focus? Building strong partnerships, driving profitable growth, and long-term customer value. You translate strategy into action, identify and develop alternative sales channels and turn opportunities into results. Your biggest challenge You drive growth through a strong network of indirect sales partners across Europe. By connecting people, markets, and opportunities, you expand the Q8TRUCK business and strengthen our position in the transport sector. In short: you build partnerships that drive growth, strengthen trust, and move the transport industry forward.

Requirements

  • You combine commercial drive with a strategic mindset.
  • You build relationships easily and turn opportunities into concrete results.
  • You bring 8+ years of B2B experience, including at least 4 years in sales.
  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • You understand complex international sales environments and translate strategy into clear action plans.
  • You negotiate confidently and communicate proactively with partners and internal teams.
  • You think analytically, keep a helicopter view, and solve problems with a pragmatic mindset.
  • You work comfortably with tools such as Microsoft Office and Business Objects.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • Most of all, you bring initiative, ownership, and the drive to grow a business across borders.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Q8TRUCK partner network.
  • Identify and onboard new agents, resellers, and VASPs that add real value to the business.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners. Coach them, challenge them, and help them excel in sales performance.
  • Translate the commercial strategy into clear goals and action plans and track progress every month.
  • Spot market shifts early. Share insights and propose solutions that help the team grow market share.
  • Safeguard healthy business. Work closely with the credit team and ensure partners & customers respect corporate credit procedures.
  • Support the development of Homebase solution by identifying opportunities and coordinating successful rollouts.
  • Report results and market insights through CRM and regular updates to the Head of Indirect Sales.
  • Connect with colleagues across the Q8Truck organization and KPI Group to move projects forward and deliver results.
