Requirements

5-7 years of relevant experience with a degree or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of indirect auto lending products and market trends.
Expertise in regulatory requirements for indirect auto lending.
Strong credit knowledge and experience.
Customer pipeline management experience.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Experience in change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
