Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Property Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to lead engagements on a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. You’ll spend much of your time leading client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics. You’ll continuously build on your technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact our clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
• CPA or JD
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions

Benefits

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
• The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $135,000 to $308,500.
• The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $162,100 to $350,500.
• Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
• In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
