Responsible for assisting with critical vendor relationship needs, including but not limited to: service agreements, non-disclosures, purchase orders, invoices, insurance, and on-boarding documents. Understands the ramifications of indirect procurement to company's supply chain. On-board and maintain supplier database and related paperwork for contractors, vendors, consultants and utilities. Involves preparing, issuing, negotiating, mediating, filing, tracking, and re-issuing documents as necessary. Negotiate contracts and insurance needs between suppliers and Wells Legal and Wells Risk Management. Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI). Involves preparing, issuing, mediating, filing, tracking and re-issuing documents as necessary. Secure materials and/or services at the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) through competitive analysis of bids, and all other costs of ownership. Assist with budgets for spend including but not limited to services and utilities. Track information and maintain data metrics. Analyze data and assist with internal and external presentations for past, present and future spend to provide updates at any time and assist with forecasting spend and delivering budget plans. Facilitating various tactical needs as they arise within the indirect procurement group, including but not limited to: obtaining and distributing data requests, root-cause analysis, representing indirect procurement in meetings, etc. Contribute to driving continuous improvement and developing and implementing protocols and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of strategic initiatives.
