We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Expert to join Regal Rexnord’s Indirect Procurement team. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across all business segments, with a primary focus on Professional Services and CAPEX. This hybrid, on-site role—based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI— is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on building innovative solutions, influencing stakeholders, and creating measurable impact. You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for services and programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational excellence. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Indirect Sourcing. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI office.
