The Indirect Loan Processor role involves reviewing, organizing, and verifying all necessary loan documents, ensuring signatures are confirmed, and all stipulations are met. This includes preparing, requesting, and following up on required items, as well as accurately entering and verifying loan package information into systems like Akcelerant and DNA. The position also requires answering phone calls related to payoffs and funding, maintaining professional and efficient communication across all departments, and consistently demonstrating integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism, and a positive attitude with both members and partners.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Previous experience in indirect processing.
  • Previous experience in the automobile industry.
  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Strong multi-tasking and sound decision-making skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and verify that all required loan documents are received, signatures verified, and stipulations have been met.
  • Prepare, request, and follow-up on stipulations for required items.
  • Enter information from loan package onto Akcelerant and disbursed to DNA.
  • Verify that information transmitted correctly.
  • Answer phone calls that come into the payoff and funding phone lines.
  • Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
  • Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.
  • Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
