About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the sales and credit managers in indirect and correspondent lending.

Requirements

• Knowledge of indirect and correspondent lending.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Skill in using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with computers, including Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with titles and research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of all information entered into all systems.
• Assists the sales support manager with data entry, review and correction of errors within loan forms/packages, daily report reconciliation, monthly mailing, and due diligence.
• Contacts the customer/dealer to communicate consumer lending rates, disbursements and/or other information in an accurate and timely manner, as needed.
• Maintains data integrity within front-end origination systems (i.e., Dealer Track, Route One, TCI/Decision Lender).
• Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
• Maintains good punctuality and attendance.
• Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
• Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned.
