Under the direction of the Manager will be responsible for performing a wide variety of customer services and clerical duties related to Indirect Funding Department loan activities. Receives and processes loan paperwork from dealers submitted on the Credit Union Direct Lending Platform. Assists dealerships, members and vendors and answers questions or appropriately refers them. Opens new savings accounts, quality check loans and post them to accounts, sends funding to dealerships, processes mail, and maintains records and files. Performs miscellaneous loan processing activities as assigned. Assists loan officers in determining completion of received paperwork from the dealers. Makes appropriate recommendations and follow-up for all paperwork not complete.
