Our team designs and executes partnership plans that align strategic goals, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes for both State Street and our partners. Success is built on close collaboration with our external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and sustained impact. This role is a launchpad for a high-impact career in global asset management. You’ll be based in our Boston office, and collaborating with our teams globally. Role Overview Lead the execution of strategic high-impact partnerships driving maximum commercial value to grow the collective franchise Drive innovation and build new initiatives to grow assets collectively with our third-party partners Build internal connectivity across, marketing, product, and capital markets to enhance efficiency Coordinate stakeholder communications and facilitate partner engagements with executive and senior leadership Develop and maintain global partner plans, including relationship management and strategic priorities Execute governance models, including executive-level engagements and recurring governance forums Serve as a central point of contact and escalation for assigned partnerships Support strategic partnerships with analytical analysis and reports Collaborate across geographies and time zones, demonstrating adaptability in a global business environment

Requirements

  • A strong interest in building a long-term career in Asset Management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical acumen and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions
  • Experience working across global teams
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a commitment to excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) and/or the broader asset management industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
