About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team:â¯The Multi-Asset Index Management team oversees a diverse portfolio of high-profile indices encompassing equities, fixed income, commodities derivatives, and digital wealth. Impact: As an Index Manager, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of indices. Your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders (Product Management, R&D, Technology, Governance and Operations) to ensure the day-to day accuracy of indices under your management. This role is part of the Multi-Asset team which manages a wide array of indices. While this role will have a focus on Wealth Benchmarks, flexibility and more generalized work across the team's offering will be required. Collaborate with a wide array of indices across global markets, analyzing and implementing complex index methodologies while addressing non-routine problems on an ongoing basis. Take charge of all aspects of an assigned group of indices, providing recommendations for index calculations and presenting changes to the index committee. Engage in global projects with high visibility, taking a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-growing area of index management.
