Additionally, you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship. Index Governance Intern At Nasdaq, you’ll have the chance to start your career in an environment where learning, teamwork, and innovation come first. In this role, you’ll support the Index Governance team and gain hands-on experience with supporting index governance activities and compliance related processes. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and network to grow your career.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance or business.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets.
• Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
