About The Position

Serenity Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and culturally competent independently licensed therapist to join our dynamic team at our Dublin, OH office location. Requirements

• Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
