About The Position

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking clinicians for our well-established group mental health private practice dedicated to providing high quality, accessible, and culturally responsive services in the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland community. We provide both in person and remote individual, couples, family, group psychotherapy and psychological testing for children, adolescents, adults, and elders in a caring environment for our multidisciplinary and multicultural therapists. 1099 contract role with potential W-2 conversion contingent upon performance. At CCCC, we offer flexible part-time and full-time licensed therapist opportunities in one or more of our Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia offices and/or hybrid or remote from home to align with your professional goals and lifestyle. Our skilled administrative staff take care of the scheduling and billing aspects of your practice, allowing you to focus on delivering top-tier care for your clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate EMDR Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional trained in EMDR who is passionate about helping clients process trauma, reduce distress, and build emotional resilience. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide EMDR therapy. You will support clients through stabilization, reprocessing, and integration while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team as needed. A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and ongoing professional growth is essential for this position.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
