About The Position

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is a well-established group practice serving the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland area, hiring clinicians for culturally responsive, high-quality care through in-person and telehealth services, including therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. The practice offers a collaborative, multicultural work environment and provides flexible part-time and full-time licensed therapist opportunities in their offices and/or hybrid or remote from home. Administrative staff handle scheduling and billing, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. CCCC attracts a diverse clientele and offers a supportive professional home for early career, mid-career, and seasoned professionals. The role is a 1099 contractor position with potential for W-2 transition based on performance. As an EMDR Therapist, you will join the clinical team to make a meaningful impact in clients’ trauma recovery, assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and providing EMDR therapy to support healing and resilience. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate records, and upholding a commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while fostering professional growth.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland
  • Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
  • Dedication to continuous professional development
  • Desired Experience 1-3 years
  • Must be local
