About The Position
SOS Logistics is seeking Independent Shuttle Operators who own a 15-passenger van and want to subcontract on a long-term federal shuttle service assignment between West Bethesda, MD and the Washington Navy Yard, DC. We are building a pool of qualified independent contractors for upcoming routes under a 5-year federal Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This is a premium opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in safety, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Own or lease a 15-passenger van (clean, reliable, climate controlled)
- Valid Commercial Class C driver’s license
- U.S. Citizen (per federal security requirements)
- Clean background (must obtain DBIDS badge)
- Good driving record (no more than 2 points)
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Ability to operate a fixed federal schedule Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Transport federal employees on a fixed daily shuttle route
- Maintain accurate passenger logs
- Communicate schedule updates to our dispatch team
- Ensure safety, reliability, and professionalism at all times
- Follow all Navy access and security protocols
