About The Position

Since 1984, Lakeshirts has been creating memorable, must-have resort merch for vacationers across the U.S. Today, we're proud to offer Zephyr hats, a premium line known for quality, comfort, and design. Our Blue 84 brand may be what started it all, but Zephyr is the name in headwear-and we're looking for a 1099 Independent Sales Rep who's passionate about sales, traveling, and relationship building to help us grow in Texas. This commission-based role gives you freedom and flexibility-perfect for someone who thrives on hitting the road, meeting new people, and building lasting customer connections. You'll work with resorts, gift shops, and retailers to deliver standout custom Zephyr hats that their customers can't wait to wear. MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE: You own your day. More hustle = more sales = more reward.

Requirements

You thrive on prospecting and love the chase
A+ communication and interpersonal skills-you're all about relationship building
Comfortable working independently and crushing your sales goals
You're highly organized and detail-oriented (especially when juggling multiple accounts)
Must be cool with traveling around your region

Nice To Haves

Background in hat or gift sales is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce is a bonus

Responsibilities

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with current and potential customers across the resort space
Own your territory through consistent relationship building, personalized service, and boots-on-the-ground follow-up
Drive sales through thoughtful product presentations that showcase our unbeatable Zephyr hat designs
Seek out new leads and crush prospecting (if you live for the thrill of the hunt, this is your jam)
Stay in-the-know on new hat styles, trends, and launches-be the go-to source for what's hot
