About The Position

Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work. You’ll work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates. Be rewarded with tool access after performance milestones, and a streamlined infrastructure to help you succeed without micromanagement.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
• You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications.
