Requirements
- Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Meet productivity requirements of 23 clients/week on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
