About The Position

We are currently seeking an independent Doctor of Optometry to join our team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to operate your own practice while providing high-quality optometric care and services to patients in conjunction with an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. In this role, you will have complete professional autonomy to practice as you see fit, without any company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, including part-time commitments, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. The practice model is designed to minimize financial risk, providing you with an easy entry into your own practice with minimal obligations. Your practice will be equipped with a furnished office and well-equipped exam lanes, included in your rent agreement. You will also benefit from an online appointment book and patient recall system, streamlining your practice management. As an affiliated OD with Luxottica, you will have access to a global network and the opportunity to participate in OneSight, a mission dedicated to providing vision care to those in need around the world. Compensation for this position is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, and skills.
