About The Position
The FINCA Ventures Resilience Fund is seeking to recruit 2 Independent Members to join its Investment Committee (IC). The Fund aims to leverage FINCA's extensive experience in poverty alleviation to invest in high-impact, innovative, early-stage businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. The IC members will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the Fund's impact goals, and integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into investment decisions.
