Responsibility for providing support and instruction to consumers in life skills areas. Completing progress notes, attendance records and all documentation/reports per agency procedures. Assisting consumers with making choices; providing information as needed. Responsible for maintaining consumer and program confidentiality. Working closely with consumers and Case Manager/Supervisor to ensure appropriate service provision. Maintaining professional relations with Regional Center employees, parents, consumers and other circle of support members.
