Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18.
  • References: Provide a recommendation from a personal or professional contact.
  • Pass a drug screening and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: Preferably 1 year in disability care (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Support: Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
  • Professional Friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space.
