Requirements

• Proven success in bedding industry or retail sales
• A self-motivated, goal-crushing mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage time, follow through, and close deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must reside in Minnesota or Iowa

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with potential customers and confidently present our products in retail settings
• Hit and exceed your monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
• Create territory sales forecasts and track performance
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Travel up to 75% within your designated territory
