About The Position

Green Bean Battery is seeking independent contract mobile installation technicians to join our team. This position is designed for individuals who are looking for flexibility in their work schedule while providing top-notch service in the installation of reconditioned hybrid vehicle batteries. Our company has developed a proprietary hybrid battery reconditioning process that sets our products apart in the market. As an installer, you will have the opportunity to work on your own terms, determining your availability and income potential. Most installations can be completed in under an hour, allowing you to maximize your earnings by conducting multiple installations in a single day. In this role, you will utilize your own vehicle to travel throughout the assigned service area, delivering and installing hybrid batteries in various vehicle makes and models. We encourage our installers to use the most fuel-efficient vehicles available, and many of our contractors choose to drive hybrids themselves. You will also be responsible for servicing our current warranty customers as needed and assisting in driving business by providing exceptional service and promoting our products to potential customers. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you will have the freedom to set your own schedule, whether you prefer part-time or full-time work. The pay structure is based on a flat rate per installation job, which varies depending on travel time. Installers can earn between $125 and $375 per job, with the potential to complete 4-5 installations per day based on sales and availability. Additionally, you will receive reimbursement for tolls and bonus pay for each 5-star customer review you receive.
