About The Position

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. We believe in going the extra mile and aim to make a genuine difference in our participants’ lives. The Independent Channel Manager is accountable for supporting agents who educate and enroll eligible seniors into WelbeHealth’s PACE program. This position ensures agents have the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to successfully promote WelbeHealth while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years in broker support, sales operations, healthcare, or a related field
• Willing to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends, and overtime
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and training agents on WelbeHealth’s PACE program, enrollment processes, and compliance guidelines
• Serve as a point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and providing timely support
• Maintain and distribute agent materials, including marketing collateral, FAQs, and training guides
• Track agent engagement, lead submissions, and enrollments, providing reports and insights to leadership
• Support agent events, webinars, and meetings to enhance engagement and education
• Ensure all broker activities align with CMS and state regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the Marketing Outreach & Enrollment team to streamline broker processes and improve overall performance
