Requirements

Previous crop adjusting experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel
Current adjuster certification or willingness to complete required training

Responsibilities

Conduct field inspections and gather accurate claim information
Review and interpret policy provisions and crop program guidelines
Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and internal teams
Submit complete, timely, and compliant claim documentation
Represent Hudson Crop with integrity, accuracy, and outstanding customer service
