Requirements
- Valid Journeyman's certification in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within the oil and energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems to identify underlying issues in machinery.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements to equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with operations and production staff to minimize downtime and improve processes.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during maintenance activities to promote a safe working environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new technologies.
