Requirements

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for financial assistance programs including Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, and Nursing Home Care.

• Review and interpret policies and regulations to apply them correctly in case assessments.
• Enter data into an automated eligibility determination system and perform manual calculations as needed.
• Type clear and thorough case comments regarding client circumstances and changes.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and operational procedures.
