Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • It is crucial to maintain a courteous telephone demeanor and to effectively engage with all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Typing skills, MS Office experience.
  • Calculator skills are required. You will be required to successfully pass a 9-key calculator test during the interview process.
  • Must be detail oriented and very organized.
  • Must be able to solve problems independently.
  • Must have good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily revenue audits, cash summaries, and related revenue reports for management.
  • Prepares deposit slips for/or captures credit card billing and reconciles credit card deposits.
  • Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures.
  • Participates in Monthly Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters.
  • Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation.
  • Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
  • Performs all related duties as assigned.
