About The Position

We are seeking applications for an experienced Middle Leader – Inclusive Education and Secondary Classroom Teacher to join our College community. This full-time permanent teaching position includes a fixed-term Middle Leader appointment concluding on 4 December 2026. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership of inclusive education, guiding the development and implementation of effective pedagogies, overseeing QCIA pathways and Adjusted Curriculum Plans, and using data-informed practices to strengthen student outcomes and teacher effectiveness. Working in close partnership with the Deputy Principal: Learning & Teaching, you will mentor colleagues, support professional growth, and promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
