About The Position

Datadog is looking for an Inclusion Program Manager to help foster a culture of collaboration and belonging for our global teams. In this role, you’ll weave inclusion into our hiring and retention practices, building programs that help Datadogs grow and thrive. You’ll partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Employer Brand, Business Partners, and senior leaders to spot opportunities, share data-driven insights, and drive meaningful impact. We’re looking for someone skilled in data and program management, with a flexible, hands-on approach. This is an individual contributor position reporting into the Senior Director of Internal Communications and Inclusion. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across People and / or Inclusion roles, preferably with experience in fast growing technology companies.
  • A passionate Inclusion subject matter expert with a proven track record of driving impactful Inclusion initiatives in complex organizations, ideally in a rapidly scaling tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action, with experience in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experienced in communicating and rolling-out changes; shaping, running and measuring programs.
  • Project management experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal process improvements and programs that foster inclusive hiring and retention.
  • Partner across the organization and with leadership to embed inclusive practices, influence culture, and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Connect and influence cross-functional Inclusion partners across the business to share program updates, drive change, and advise on actions.
  • Communicate Inclusion programming progress, reinforce accountability, and share recommendations.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and reporting for strategic decision-making that impacts hiring and promotion, measures program impact, and ensures compliance.
  • Establish benchmarks and metrics to measure effectiveness of Inclusion programming.
  • Support the broader Inclusion team with projects as needed, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
  • Stay up to date on inclusion trends, best practices, and legal / regulatory developments.
