Datadog is looking for an Inclusion Program Manager to help foster a culture of collaboration and belonging for our global teams. In this role, you’ll weave inclusion into our hiring and retention practices, building programs that help Datadogs grow and thrive. You’ll partner with People Ops, Recruiting, Employer Brand, Business Partners, and senior leaders to spot opportunities, share data-driven insights, and drive meaningful impact. We’re looking for someone skilled in data and program management, with a flexible, hands-on approach. This is an individual contributor position reporting into the Senior Director of Internal Communications and Inclusion.
