About The Position
The Engagement & Inclusion Specialist will play an important role by managing programs and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and inclusion at SimpliSafe. This position is crucial as we aim to foster a culture that is guided by our mission and values. The specialist will oversee our Employee Resource Group (ERG) network, drive awareness and membership, support ERG leads, and execute company-wide programs that enhance employee engagement and inclusion. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing events that support these initiatives across our US offices and virtually, collaborating with various teams to celebrate our culture and improve employee experiences.
