About The Position

Ellucian is a global market leader in education technology, partnering with over 2,900 customers across 50 countries and serving more than 20 million students. The company focuses on innovation for higher education through its AI-powered platform, which enhances efficiency and engagement for students, faculty, and staff. The internship program at Ellucian is designed for Junior, Senior, and Graduate students, providing an opportunity to learn and develop skills while working on impactful projects that benefit college campuses. The program emphasizes collaboration and support, with many senior leaders having started as interns. The internship is a full-time, 16-week program running from May 19, 2025, to August 8, 2025.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in Inclusion & Diversity and Environmental, Social & Governance topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with higher education systems and challenges.
• Experience with data analysis or project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives.
• Support Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) projects and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects related to higher education.
• Conduct research and analysis to support I&D and ESG efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
